Cut out banner shapes using your paper cutter or just freehand it! on the Panda Party paper. I used my Cricut Maker to cut out different banner patterns.
I used a combination of the black paper with white polka dots, white and black stripes, marble, balloons, and paw pattern paper to create the banner.
To create layers, cut out smaller banner shapes using your paper cutter or freehand.
Run the small banners through the Xyron Creative Station with the permanent refill.
Adhere the small banners to the larger banners.
Using the blue paper from the Panda Party collection, die cut out the panda faces.
Stamp the panda faces on the die cuts.
Run the panda faces through the Xyron Creative Station.
Adhere the panda faces to the banner.
Add stickers to the banners using the stickers from the Panda Party Pack collection.
Cut out the cards from the paper pack to add to the banner. I added the “happy birthday”, candles, and “party” signs.
Tie the twine to wherever you want to hang. I am hanging from our mantel. Then add the decorative clips to hold the banner.
Now you have an adorable party like a panda banner that is just the icing on the cake for any upcoming birthday party!! Plus you can use the extra paper for creating birthday cards or thank you notes for the party!!
