I might have a small obsession with finding easy ways to store kids art supplies. Maybe it is because it is a big request from clients. Or, possibly, because I love art supplies so I have to find new ways to keep them contained! I guess I will never know.
But, when we were given our monthly challenge for the Deflecto Design Team, I knew exactly what to do… store art supplies!! But not just any supplies. My kiddos art supplies!!

Materials
- Deflecto Stack N Go Craft Caddie
- Deflecto Stack N Go Wheel Base
- Xyron Creative Station with Repositionable Refills
- Colorful Paper
- White Paper
- Scissors
- 1.5″ Hole Punch
- Tombow Dual Side Brush Marker
Tutorial
Step One
With the colorful paper, trace the inside square of the Stack N Go caddie. Use that as a template to trace out the rest of the squares.
Step Two
Punch out circles using the hole punch and white paper.
Step Three
Run the white punches through the Xyron Creative Station.
Step Four
Adhere circles to the middle of the squares.
Step Five
Write what is going in each of the bin using the Tombow marker.
Step Six
Run the square label through the Xyron Creative Station with the repostionable refill. I wanted repositionable so it is easy to swap out if the kiddos decide to change what they store in their caddie.
Step Seven
Adhere each label to the top of the Stack N Go caddie.
Step Eight
Fill the Stack N Go caddie with what is on the label!
You can easily add more Stack N Go caddies to hold more art supplies. Or you can put the caddie on wheels so the kids can easily store it out of the way when they are creating!
I love this caddie because each compartment is perfect for keeping the art supplies sorted by category. We did stamp pads and stamps together in a larger holder. Then crayons went in their own. Figure out what art supplies you are keeping, then add them to a holder that fits the amount of supplies you have. This will help keep things organized!!
