Tomorrow is the last day of August, which means it’s the last day of our Organize Back To School Challenge! I am still in shock that September just appeared out of nowhere. I am so not ready for fall, but am looking forward to getting back into a routine. I think our family needs that structure more consistently then we had over the summer.
For the challenge, your task today is to get all the clothes put away. We started the weekend by washing everything. Yesterday we folded everything. Today, we put everything away. For us, it was an incredible amount of clothes. Early this month, I shared how I organize the kids’ drawers, kid’s closets, and our drawers and closets. Check out those posts for more tips on how to get things organized in those spaces.
So, before you get to putting away all the clothes you have washed and folded, I’m sharing some of my favorite inspirational ideas from other bloggers. It’s my laundry round-up! You can find more laundry inspiration on my Pinterest page!

To start, I love these printable tags to help act as a cheat sheet for getting stains out! Such a cleaver idea to print off the tags from Better Homes and Gardens. Attach to a binder ring to the laminated tags, and use when you have a tough stain to get out. I love how they are color coded. Just subscribe to become a free member, and you will have access to all of Better Homes and Gardens free printables like these tags.

Ruth from Living Well Spending Less created a list of 10 smart ways to tame that laundry pile. Her tips are very helpful, as she recommends to do small loads more often so there’s less likely to be a large pile left to do.

I am so loving this DIY drying rack from Kate over at Centsational Girl. I just love how easy her directions are to make it. It looks adorable in the space, and it super functional for drying your delicate clothes, or things you just don’t want to shrink!

The girls over at DIY Playbook have such amazing tutorials and inspiration. This laundry room reveal is just another example of how amazing Bridget and Casey are at home decor. They turned an otherwise decent laundry room, into such a beautiful space that makes me want to do laundry!

Becky over at Clean Mama always has such wonderful organizing and cleaning tips. Her tips to organize a laundry room quickly are super helpful, as mine always gets clutter because it’s so small.
So there’s my laundry round-up! Now get to work on getting ready for Monday. You know what they say, a Sunday well-spent brings a week of content. Put that laundry away and then go and enjoy yourself today! And if you do decide to play around on social media, check me out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google+ for more tips and tricks!
