Organizing A Handmade Home :: 05

Another crazy week in the books!!

I was loving this spring-y weather that took place this past weekend, until it turned cold and now it feels like winter again. I am so ready to get outside and play with the kids. But, until then, I will keep organizing the inside of everyone’s homes.

planner addict

So this week, I started off the week by sharing ways you can set up your week to feel more productive. And I even made a video with all my tricks!

Progress is still being made in the main floor bathroom, but with the removal of the window, my pictures are looking really bad. Like, why do I always pick the toughest rooms to photograph when it comes to this challenge?!?!

herringbone bathroom floor tile

I am waiting on the wall paper so I can install that on the wall with the toilet and vanity. I still need to figure out the knob situation for the vanity. And I am going to do some DIY artwork in the bathroom, since I love to make stuff!

Xyron OneCanoeTwo Banner

I also got to play with some beautiful paper from a collaboration between OneCanoeTwo and American Crafts for the Xyron Design Team. I am just loving how pretty the banner turned out!

organizing a pantry

And, I got to organize another pantry this week!! I am just loving how pretty the pantry turned out! We used Linus^ X-Large Pantry Binz and Linus^ Divided Turntable to store snacks. I created custom vinyl labels for the bins (you can purchase your own in the shop!)

I also got to work on a client’s office space. To keep her supplies organized, we used acrylic Magazine Holders for paper, and Multi-Purpose Bin for mailing supplies. Next week I will be labeling all the acrylic holders using a Shaprie oil-based marker. It wipes off easily with a wet towel, but doesn’t smear when touched!

office organizing

I hope you enjoy yourself this week. Have a lovely Easter and an enjoyable last day of Passover!
