For the last week or two I have been waking up excited for my cup of coffee. I have NEVER been a morning person, but recently I have been looking forward to grabbing coffee after we start to get moving.
I am not sure why I am loving it so much… maybe it is because my Nespresso machine is the best thing ever.
Or that I just love banana bread coffee. Yes that is a thing and I am addicted.
And I have been starting my day with reading a short (like, I’m talking a page or two) chapter from the book Only Love Today by Rachel Macy Stafford.
Which is why you may have noticed I slowed down this week.
I decided to truly prioritize what I needed to get done and did that. I had client work, project deadlines, and time with the kiddos. Everything else can wait… except emptying the dishwasher. That needed to get done.
So I shared an easy DIY spring wreath tutorial using flowers from The Dollar Tree for a fun challenge called My Dollar Store DIY.
I got to partner with some amazing bloggers, so go check out all there easy ideas to add some faux flowers in your home.
I also was sharing progress for the One Room Challenge over on my Instagram account. I didn’t get the wallpaper until Wednesday, so you will be getting a rather long One Room Challenge update next Wednesday with all the info on the wallpaper, knobs, and more!!
And, I was over at the JCC blog talking all about getting families organized for Autism Awareness Month. As a former special education teacher, this topic is near and dear to my heart.
Finally, The Organized Mama has some rather exciting news… There is a new member to the team!! Please welcome Amanda!! She is helping me out on the back end of stuff, so make sure to say hi!!
Wishing you all a wonderful week!!
