To do that, I use EasyLiner Clear Classic Pantry liners.
The pantry liners are the perfect depth for wire pantry shelves. Simply lay the liner on the shelf and unroll. Cut the liner to the length of the wire shelf.
If you have an “L-shaped” wire shelf, lay the liner the entire length of the shelf. Then lay liner over the other wire shelf so the two liners overlap.
Place an item on the corner like a Lazy Susan or pot/pan to ensure the liner stays in place while you are organizing the rest of your pantry.
Repeat this process until all the wire shelves are lined with the Clear Classic EasyLiner.

Now that your wire pantry shelves are a solid surface, you can start organizing.
Start by grouping all like pantry items together. Store those items on the pantry shelves together.
