How To Organize Stuffed Animals

Before you start shoving all the stuffed animals away, make sure you go through each and every one of them to make sure it is truly worth keeping.

Once you have gone through them all, look into storage options. Because the more stuffed animals you keep, the more you have to store!

Creative Storage #1: Bean Bag

When it comes to fluffy stuffed animals, they can get rather difficult to contain. And as an organizer, I love items with multiple, efficient uses! Storing stuffed animals in a bean bag chair like this one from Creative QT is a great multi-use organization tool.

Not only is it great storage, but it adds extra seating to any play space around your home. It’s a win-win.

I recommend only using the fluffy stuffed animals to put in this bean bag so the chair is comfortable for people to sit or lay on.

Pro Tip:

Don’t have any extra floor space? This bean bag has a handle that is perfect for hanging on a wall to keep all the stuffed animals contained and can be used for seating when needed!

Creative Storage #2: Play Baby Crib

No one wants to sit on a hard doll head, so I like to keep those dolls in something more contained than the bean bag.

I like putting the babies in either a play crib or an old bassinet.

When I create baby play areas, kids totally understand where to put everything because they want to keep like items together, such as all the babies with the baby clothes, food, cribs, etc.

Using toy baby equipment like a play crib for storage is a great way to get some bang for your organizing buck.
